Admission Fees
Flat fee $20 for any number of cars entered.

$5 for General admission to swap meet and car show.

Description
The annual Showdown is a traditional judged contest. We award 1, 2 and 3rd place for each of the 21 categories. In addition we have Master awards for Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine Compartment, Best Chassis Detail and Floyd Bryant Best of Show award. Also we have the Bob Barnett award for Best 50's style custom and the Richard Dunn Memorial Best Nostalgia Drag.

Common Kit for the Showdown is the Revell 62 Impala or Impala SS.

Had a chace to head up to Dallas yesterday and catch the show in Farmers Branch. Some incredable work on display!

Chuck, that is a 49 Chevy with a 63 Split window molded in. A very subtle custom that was well executed.

Thanks Chris... yeah, I could tell it was customized but just couldn't put a finger on what the base was... 49 Chevy does make sense now... Need to learn my cars I guess.  title=
