Lots of detail, seems to be a newer mold. You get to adjust the front and rear suspension, many various positions to choose from.
If you want to modify the front suspension, be prepared to do some work. You have to cut most of it in half, and glue it back together. Obviously not something you want to do if you are not a pro at modeling.
Overall a good kit, the body will not need any mods to make parts fit. The frame may hang low if you put too much glue on it when connecting to the body. Otherwise, very little problems.
- Nice and detailed pieces.- Good engine replica.- Can be built as stock or lowrider.
- There is flash in some pieces- Some fitting problems- Two different kinds of chrome in both chromed trees.
In general it's a very nice kit to build. Have many pieces and different possibilities. It has all trunk details, then can be opened if one wishes it. At least in the one that I built, had two trees of chromed pieces and in both the chrome was seeming very different. One was of very good quality and the other, justly that of external details had a lower quality. I built the lowrider version, and for me was very difficult to put the front train in place. Also it was difficult to put the body over the assembled chassis and the fan housing. On the other hand work with the engine and the engine bay was a real pleasure.
Good kit, suspension can be put together in various positions. Comes with two sets of front and back suspension
would not recomend this kit for first timers.
had this kit for couple of years before I decided to work on it. I like lowriders, but was a little disappointed the way the "three wheel motion" was positioned. I was able to make my own modifications to the suspension by braking the two front suspensions in half and putting it together adding more tilt to the car.
