Pros

lots of chassis detail; separate exhaust, driuveshaft/axle, rear springs, shock, trailing arms, front crossmember
separate starter, oil filter, transmission pan (no visible seam!)
separate pieces for all window glasses, defroster lines molded in backlight, separate highmount brake light,
good underhood detail, battery decals
upper radiator hose
actual transparent red taillights
cast iron texture on exhaust manifolds, stippled texture on catalytic coinvertor heat shield. nice.

Cons

same kit as the "lowrider" 86 monte carlo; same kit number. decal sheet still says lowrider.
options limited to newstyle chevy injection manifold and air cleaner for engine, and big wire wheels and ultralowprofile tires for lowrider look. no actual height option for lowriding.
wire wheels have no backing, no brakes, odd see through under the chassis effect.
engine block/pan split vertically longitudinally, so has seam along the bottom of the pan.
generic noname stock tires

Comments

i guess the lowrider craze is over.
instrument panel is decal
bucket interior
2 pairs california plates; tdream and carlow, with frames printed on.
1 bowtie license plate
silver gray stripy decals, kiind of unique, see the photos
