BMC has adopted a dual subcription and donation business model, what we call supporters, so that we can continue to grow and thrive under the load of nearly 6,000 individual daily visitors.

The main goal of having supporters is to provide income for the expenses BMC incurs. Currently that cost runs about US$15,000 per year including our servers, a part-time systems administrator and various software related costs.

We are not looking to get rich or even earn a salary from subscriptions. The cost is very reasonable so that even many of our junior members should be able to afford it. And if they can't then there's a way for an adult member to purchase a dual subscription for themselves and a junior to be chosen by BMC.

Members can also make a one-time donation via PayPal of any amount at all. Donors shall be considered supporters for one year from the month of their donation.
