Here are some of the supplies needed. Styrene tubing of various sizes, styrene channel, styrene sheet and a piece of 1/4" styrene from a parts tree. CA glue, files and sanding sticks, a drill of some type (not totally necessary), and various drill bits and a pin vise.To start the bottle I took a piece of thin sheet styrene and glued it to a piece of 1/4" styrene tubing, then trimmed it and sanded it flush. Now I cut the tubing to a length of 1/2".Now I take a 1/4" piece of styrene off a parts tree and glued it to the end of the bottle. I then cut the bottle to a length of 5/8". I use this heavy piece so that I can shape the end of the bottle. Now to make the pipe that goes into the bottle, and has the valve stem and handle. I take a piece of styrene rod that measures .045 inches and drill a small hole in it to accept the valve stem which measures .037 inches. Do not drill completely thru the rod. I also hold the hole back from the end of the rod about 1/16". This end of the rod will be used to attach the supply line that runs to the engine compartment. Now to make the handle. Now take a piece of styrene tubing that measures .095" OD and .037" ID and glue a piece of rod that measures .037" into the bigger tube. This piece does not have to extend into the rod very far, maybe 1/8".Finish the handle by cutting the valve off of the .095" tubing. My handle is about 1/16" thick.Shape the bottle using a drill, could be shaped by hand. But the drill worked faster and did a better job for me.Install pipe and handle into the end of the bottle.Build support bracket. Take a piece of tubing that measures 5/16" OD by 1/4" ID and slice two pieces that measure 1/16" thick and glue them to a piece of channel that measures 1/4" wide by 1/2" long. The round bracket will sit nicely into the channel, I also use a piece of 1/4" tubing to align the round brackets when gluing.
