BMC makes an attempt to be easily accessible by individuals who have accessibility problems.

We do however use the accesskey token in both standard and non-standard ways.

For example, while we do emulate the widely accepted numeric-based UK guide to accessibility for primary features, we also make use of the accesskey in ways that are more mnemonic in nature. Even at the risk of conflict with some browsers and other software.

If you are using a text browser such as Links, ELinks, Amaya and others, BMC will automatically detect this and use our text mode. Text mode formats the layout so it's much more screen reader and search engine friendly.

BMC has a lot of form buttons. For the most part the accesskey for form buttons is the first letter in the button's caption.
